    The next speaker confirmed for the Customer Institute Global Conference which is taking place during the day of the Customer Centricity World Series. Aymen Ismail A passionate thought leader and 3-time Customer Engagement Industry Champion, with over 22 years of global experience in customer experience, customer engagement, customer services, and sales across various industries. Recognized as a Top CX influencer by CCW Europe, CX Magazine, and CX Network, and awarded EMEA CX Champion for 2024. Currently, Aymen is the Head of Customer Engagement Solutions at smart Europe GmbH, where he is reshaping the world of electric mobility, customer engagement, customer mobility, and more. Prior to this, Aymen served as the Global Senior Best Customer Experience Consultant and Program Manager at the Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center. Alec's talk entitled "Experience Quality: 3 Objectives & 4 Steps to 5 Stars". This walkthrough-meets-workshop will explore both experience quality and the quality experience.
