In the scorching New York heat, staying hydrated is crucial, especially for our hard-working construction crews. Dehydration can sneak up quickly on the job, so it's vital to drink water regularly throughout the day and here the 3 crucial tips to ensure everyone's well-being 🫗🥤: Major tip one: always have a water bottle on hand and refill it frequently from job site coolers. Major tip two: take regular breaks in shaded areas to cool down and rehydrate. Major tip three: incorporate hydrating foods like fruits and vegetables into your lunch to boost your water intake.

Today, we took a moment to celebrate and appreciate our incredible team members who have been diligently working on the 320 East 42nd ST. Their dedication, hard work, and attention to detail have been instrumental in our success, and we couldn't be prouder of what they've accomplished. ARCH is hiring! We are looking for a dedicated candidate to fill our Supervisor position! Responsibilities: - Build and dismantle scaffolding structures according to blueprints and specifications - Oversee scaffolding projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget - Manage and motivate on-site teams, including site supervisors and scaffold erectors, to achieve project goals and maintain safety standards - Enforce and promote safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure compliance with industry regulations - Ensure the highest standards of scaffolding installation and dismantle processes - Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and change orders - Identify and resolve issues that may arise during project execution, implementing effective solutions to minimize disruptions - Prepare sketches in coordination with foreman/ supervisor for new installations ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements - prepare equipment orders for installations - Inspect scaffolding equipment for safety and functionality Qualifications: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction, preferably in scaffolding project management position - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Strong attention to detail - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues on-site - Deep understanding of safety regulations and a commitment to promoting a culture of safety on construction sites - Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - OSHA/SST certification

This innovative system stands out for its quick and easy setup and dismantling, as well as its exceptional durability and adherence to stringent safety standards.
