Last week, at an event hosted by Boston Business Journal our Founder & CEO Josiane Martinez was presented with the Alan E. Lewis Alnoba CEO Social Leadership Award. This award honors and recognizes local executives who significantly give back, contribute, and advocate for their communities. Congratulations Josiane!
Last week, I was incredibly honored and grateful to receive the Boston Business Journal's Alan E. Lewis Alnoba CEO Social Leadership Award. This recognition is a testament to the hard work and dedication of my talented team at Archipelago Strategies Group, (ASG) and the unwavering support of my amazing and beautiful wife Alejandra StGuillen. From my early days in Massachusetts, starting at Dunkin’ Donuts, to founding ASG from my kitchen table, this journey has been about connecting diverse communities with critical information and services, leaving people in a better place. Our mission of ‘Marketing with Purpose’ has driven us to achieve record health insurance enrollments, expedite emergency housing applications, educate climate justice communities, and support minority and women-owned businesses. As Ghandi said, “Be the change you want to see in the world.” This award is not just a personal milestone but a commitment to continue creating opportunities for the next generation. It was also a privilege to have Eneida Roman, CEO of Amplify LatinX, as my guest. I chose to donate the extremely generous $10,000 that accompanied the award to Amplify Latinx. I’m proud to work with them as I deeply believe in their mission. Thank you Alnoba Lewis Family Foundation and the BBJ for this honor. Here’s to the path ahead and making a difference together!

#TBT to our 2024 ASG Retreat: Better Together. The team gathered on the shore of Lake Winnipesaukee for a few days of learning, team building and fun. As a remote and hybrid team, this time was an especially valuable opportunity to bond, foster stronger teamwork and learn more about each other. We’re excited to use the lessons and reflections from the retreat to help drive us to remain focused on our goals as we continue to deliver outstanding #MarketingWithPurpose.

Tomorrow, our Founder & CEO Josiane Martinez will join other respected leaders from the Black and Latino Legislative Caucus for a panel on Housing and Latinos in Massachusetts.
I look forward to sharing my thoughts on how the energy and aspirations of Latinos and immigrants to Massachusetts enrich our entire state and are integral to its dynamic growth. This is the moment to expand housing opportunities to ensure those who choose Massachusetts as their home can thrive here.
