ARCWERX and the Air National Guard kicked off an exciting week in Golden, Colorado! We launched Invent X Cohort 1 with Sid Saleh, providing a hands-on workshop designed to equip Airmen with the innovation tools they need to tackle mission-critical challenges across both Air and Space domains. This workshop fosters collaborative problem-solving, allowing teams to refine their skills in addressing operational challenges, iterating on solutions, and overcoming obstacles. This week, teams focused on real-world mission problems impacting the intel and airfield maintenance communities. To succeed, it’s crucial to: 1.Engage with End Users: Understand real pain points by involving those who face the challenges daily. 2. Identify Root Causes: Pinpoint how mission-related issues affect requirements. 3. Framing the problem: Breaking down the big picture and understanding your constraints. Thank you to Jade Baranski and Stacey Kessler from the Mobilize VISION team for joining the kickoff and highlighting the new features of Vision. Integrating these practices ensures solutions align with DoD priorities, solve real mission problems, and remain agile in meeting new threats. 💡United States Air Force #Innovation #AirNationalGuard #MissionSuccess #ARCWERX #MatrixOwl
