Anderson & Co was established over 50 years ago and acquired by Christine McLellan in 1993, who will be continuing to lead the business as Managing Director. Anderson & Co specialise in commercial and personal lines with a team of nine colleagues based in Blackpool who have built a strong reputation as a leading broker with longstanding client relationships. As part of International Women’s Day, our Gender and Women in Tech Colleague Communities were delighted to host a special webinar with Lucy Grimwade and David Barrow, CITP FBCS who shared insights from their book, Allyship Actually – Why it’s ‘We’ and not ‘Me’. We are delighted to announce that Ardonagh Advisory has joined Neurodiversity in Business (NiB) - the Neurodiversity Charity (NiB).    NiB is an industry forum that was recently launched at the Houses of Parliament and supports the participation of neurodivergent individuals in the workplace.  Supporting our colleagues is of utmost importance to us at Ardonagh Advisory, we strive to foster an environment where all colleagues can thrive. Our Neurodiversity Support Group is led by our colleagues, providing a safe space and community to support our neurodiverse colleagues while educating our wider community.  Speaking on joining NiB, Steve Tearle, Chief Risk Officer, and Executive Sponsor of our Neurodiversity Support Group said “Our support group and I are so pleased to have joined NiB.
