I keynoted Infosys's "AI First Quality Engineering" (https://lnkd.in/dsxDKWDb) event on Aug 29. I outlined approaches to outperform GPT-4 on downstream tasks through a careful construction and tuning of the entire LLM stack. We saw lots of excitement and commercial interest in kicking off GenAI projects for coding and testing. The emergent theme from the follow-on discussions was an emphasis on quality engineering and control frameworks for LLMOps. Additionally, a lesson for me was a focus on measuring LLM efficacy using end-user experience metrics. Thanks to all those who participated in the event!
