Our teams are driving safety through innovation. Our driver simulator harnesses virtual reality to faithfully replicate our ready-mix trucks. It offers our drivers immersive training across various modules that simulate real-world road hazards such as wildlife encounters, steep inclines, and sharp turns. Following each session, a dedicated member of our safety team engages in a thorough debrief with the driver, reinforcing safety as our most important value and the importance of our safe practices in our daily operations.
