“We are proud to support Arizona Prop 139 because we trust women and their families to make their own healthcare decisions. Politicians are not healthcare experts. They shouldn’t be deciding when or why we can get emergency care. They shouldn’t be deciding women’s fates. Politicians are not healthcare experts. They shouldn’t be deciding when or why we can get emergency care. They shouldn’t be deciding women’s fates.” Sena Mohammed pens a powerful letter addressing the importance of Proposition 139 and the magnitude of its implications ahead of the election.

We are proud to endorse these candidates for the Arizona House of Representatives and State Senate. These candidates are key to flipping the six districts for a progressive majority in the Arizona state legislature. Our endorsements are not easily given, they’re earned. These candidates support progressive policies on immigration, reproductive rights, economic justice, environmental justice, affordable housing, and public education, and they understand what is important for Arizona’s Black communities.
