At Armed Forces Bank, we're proud to serve a skilled and accomplished client base, including talented authors. On #NationalAuthorsDay, we celebrate a hometown author who banks with us! Lieutenant General Robert F. Foley is a highly decorated leader and Medal of Honor recipient. A proud graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he completed his studies in 1963. He served as a company commander in Vietnam and held other key roles, including battalion and brigade commander with the 3rd Infantry DIV in Germany, assistant division commander for the 2nd Infantry Division - Korea, and commanding general of the U.S. Army North (5th Army). He also served as commandant of cadets at West Point. His book, 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘭: 𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘓𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘓𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘢 𝘚𝘰𝘭𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘳, shares insights from his remarkable career. Member FDIC
