🐱😺 Ever wondered why your adorable feline friend brings you small, "gift-wrapped" dead animals? Here are some insights! 😺🐾 Instinctual Hunting: Cats are natural-born hunters, and these gifts are their way of showing off their hunting prowess. It's like they're saying, "Look what I caught for you!" Motherly Instinct: Mama cats teach their kittens to eat by bringing them dead or injured prey. When your cat brings you these "gifts," they might see you as family and want to take care of you. Expression of Love: Oddly enough, these gifts can be seen as a sign of affection. Your cat may think you're a terrible hunter (you don't catch your own food), so they're trying to provide for you. Attention-Seeking Behavior: Cats are known for being independent, but they also crave attention. Bringing you a "present" is a way to get your focus and affection. Territorial Instincts: By bringing you their "kill," your cat might be marking their territory and showing dominance over their "catch." So, next time your cat presents you with a small, not-so-alive animal, remember that it's their way of showing love and, in their own unique way, taking care of you! 🎁🐾 #CatBehavior #FelineLove #GiftedHunter

Empowering women through photography to feel confident and reconnect to their feminine side. Chicago and Austin, TX.
About us
Since 2007, I have been helping women feel more confident and elevate their self-esteem through photography. My own transformation at age 38, from feeling not "good enough" despite having a successful career, but always struggling with my body image and relationships, to feeling proud of myself and worthy of all I want in life, took me to quit my job as an engineer and dedicate my life to help women transform their lives by seeing themselves as beautiful creatures, appreciate their bodies and become more confident women with higher self-esteem.

Horses: Help on Mental Health. Mindfulness and Presence: Interacting with horses demands presence in the moment. You can't hide your emotions or intentions from these perceptive animals. This encourages mindfulness, helping individuals stay grounded and focused on the here and now. Emotional Regulation: Horses mirror human emotions. If you approach a horse with anxiety or fear, it will respond with caution. Learning to manage and regulate these emotions in the presence of a horse can be a valuable skill for coping with stress and anxiety in everyday life. Communication Skills: Effective communication with horses relies on clear, non-verbal cues. This helps individuals become more attuned to non-verbal communication, not only with horses but also with other people.
