🏡🎉Commissioners Tamara Pogue and Nina Waters celebrated the opening of Little Beaver Trail this week with our partners on this project - including Artaic Group, Stais Architecture & Interiors, MW GOLDEN CONSTRUCTORS and the Summit County Transit Board. This new workforce housing development converted 3 existing apartments into 8 brand new units - including studio, one, and two bedroom units - dedicated to our Summit Stage bus employees. Little Beaver Trail will provide much needed affordable housing for our essential transit workers. By providing these units for our Summit Stage employees we are supporting a stronger, more connected community. Congrats to everyone involved! 🚍🏠
