We are looking for an UI/UX Research Specialist for a REMOTE consulting position. If you are available, please get back to me, or if you know someone that is looking, please pass this email along to them.     Responsibilities:   - Develop approach, methodology, and session format in alignment with research goals and identify appropriate stimuli to support conversations. - Demonstrate advanced knowledge of evaluative and usability research methodologies, tactics, and conversational prompts, and understand best use case scenarios for applying them. - Perform end to end user research activities, including planning , Conducting and analyzing data to inform design and digital experiences. - Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand business goals and translate them into research objectives and actionable insights. - Leverage a deep understanding of user experience research ,mobile platforms(IOS and android) and latest trends to identify opportunities , Provide informed perspective and ensure outcomes lead to an exceptions user experience. - Demonstrate leadership in planning and executing research within a fast -paced agile environment to support continued iterations and improvement within the mobile space. - Define and lead planning tasks including discovery that leverages quantitative secondary and past research to identify gaps and inform research objectives.   Qualifications:    - Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis on UX, design research, psychology, social science or another relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience  - Five to Eight years of UX design research experience. - Command over a broad set of quantitative and qualitative user-cantered design research methods (i.e., usability testing, concept testing, usability benchmarking, ethnography, longitudinal studies, journey mapping, personas, research roadmaps, diary studies, information architecture methods, etc.) - Strategic and creative thinker with a data-driven mindset and excellent communication skills - Experience working in a fast-paced professional service environment and managing ambiguity, working autonomously, keeping organized, and multitasking.   Contact Details: Email ID: recruiter@arthatech.ai
