Whether it is ensuring excellent resident experiences, making financial decisions for our properties, or traveling across the country to assist wherever needed, we are truly indebted to our incredible ops team. Operations team members are up for any challenge and maintain incredible attitudes. You each keep us all inspired to strive for excellence!

In student housing, leasing never sleeps! As a part of our #EmployeeAppreciationWeek, Article extends its gratitude to the folks who keep our communities leased up each year. Our sales and marketing experts leverage years of industry experience, creativity, and tireless work ethic to drive our occupancy goals. Article’s home office recently celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with a potluck lunch, proudly bringing together food, music, and history.

The Article team was honored to attend The Goldie Initiative: Goldie B. Wolfe Miller Women Leaders in Real Estate's 2024 Goldie Gala last month. The 8th annual event raised nearly $1 million in the mission to prepare women to advance as leaders in commercial real estate. We're already looking forward to next year!
