I am pleased to announce that I have joined PagerDuty as VP Americas Sales and I’m looking forward to the journey with the PagerDuty team and championing our customers with execs Jeremy Kmet, Jennifer Tejada, Howard Wilson and Katherine Post Calvert.  It’s also great to be back working with former colleagues Amy Aycock, Eiad Abunimeh, Jonathan Rende, and Mark Gabbard! After an amazing 7 year run in the Customer Experience space with Genesys (6 years) followed by an exciting year in AI at Uniphore, I’m energized to go back to my roots in Operations, and to utilize my skills with AI and Customer Experience.    I am excited to be able to showcase PagerDuty’s state of the art technology that helps enable customers to transform critical work for modern enterprises. The PagerDuty Operations Cloud combines AIOps, Automation, Customer Service Operations, Incident Management with a powerful generative AI assistant to create a flexible, resilient and scalable platform to increase innovation velocity, grow revenue, reduce cost, and mitigate the risk of operational failure.   Lookng forward to another great run with a great company!
