Our site in Fosses, France held an "Ascend Day" where employees spent time learning more about our broader business and celebrating the past two years of progress at the site. Congrats on this successful day, and thank you for all your work to build our business in Europe! #OneAscend
Great Ascend day organized today for our Fosses team in France which has been historically very strong with flame retardant compounds but which expands now its reach to other product type and end markets. A summer agreable weather was with us all day and we could stand outside on this special day for coming all together around different activities with the intention to bring our business closer to everyone. The transformation done within the last 2 years at the site is very impressive. It is well known that transformation happens through people and is only possible with the engagement of a strong and highly motivated team ! Congratulations to Fosses’s team! A big thank you to Yvan Goasmat and Anne Chantal Finot for the organization of the day!👏👏👏
