A huge thank you to the incredible women at Microsoft Oregon for helping us fold origami frogs! These beautiful creations will be given to elders in senior care homes as part of our upcoming campaign to celebrate International Day of Older Persons 2024. We hope you had a fun and relaxing time folding origami. Your efforts to connect with and support your local community are always appreciated💗.

Kicked off the first origami session for Women At Microsoft Oregon community during this Mental Health Awareness Month. With a "Jumping Frog" theme, over 50 origami frogs were made during the relaxing and engaging hour-long session. Origami, as a therapeutic art form, has the potential to reduce stress and anxiety. By involving both our minds and hands, it enables us to be fully present in the moment, promoting relaxation and enhancing mental well-being. Looking forward for the upcoming sessions with different theme. #wamoregon #microsofthillsboro #microsoftlife Samantha-Jo Cunningham Aanchal G.
