Closed! Ashland Greene has officially acquired Westcreek Ranch Apartments: a 240-unit, off-market property in the highly desirable McKinney submarket which sits within the "A" niche.com school rated McKinney ISD. Rebranded to Larkin Apartment Homes, this is an exciting acquisition ideally suited for the implementation of Ashland Greene's Platinum renovation strategy.   Within our vertically integrated company, AG Living and Ashland Greene Construction Management (in the photo below) took over operations and will soon begin the renovation of the exterior, leasing office, and 226 interior units.   This new acquisition increases Ashland Greene's active portfolio to 21 communities, 5,800+ units under management, and a total transaction value of $1.2B+.   We want to give a special thank you to all of our investors for your continuous trust and support! The transformation of the leasing office at Sagamore Apartment Homes was one of our best.     We sought to capitalize on the building's potential value by restructuring its footprint to enclose the back-open area of the pool deck and reconfigure the plumbing of the building due to the removal of the attached laundry facility.
