To advance Asian American professionals to leadership roles through training, networking, and collaboration.

About us

Mission To advance Asian American professionals to leadership roles through training, networking, and collaboration. Since 1999, AAPA has been a catalyst for change in the Asian American community within corporate America. With a track record of mentoring over 1,300 professionals in our signature Mentorship Program, we've witnessed over 70% of mentees achieving promotions post-program. Our impactful Mentorship Program doesn't just benefit mentees; mentors are 6 times more likely to be promoted and 20% more likely to receive a raise. AAPA extends its influence by training leaders for non-profit boards through our Board Leadership Program, leaving a positive mark on local organizations. Moreover, our Toastmasters Chapter empowers minority professionals to find and amplify their voices in the workplace. In response to the pandemic, we've adapted, offering community-informed workshops and support. Join us in fostering the growth of AAPA; your support fuels the development of the next generation of leaders and corporate community contributors.
