Team members from ATS attended the National Asphalt Pavement Association Impact Leadership Group Conference and The NAPA/NRMCA/NSSGA Hill Day last week in Washington, DC! The Impact meeting was full of valuable sessions and discussions including • engaging networking activities and deep dives into discovering individual work styles to see how we each fit into a successful team with John F Broer of real.good.ventures • enlightening panel discussions with NAPA leaders highlighting workforce development, thriving cultures and emerging trends in sustainability and technologies • friendly competition during evening networking events The invaluable time spent at Hill Day provided opportunities to discuss key industry priorities with our state elected officials and policymakers. The group espcecially enjoyed their conversations with Representative John Rutherford and Representative Aaron Bean. Congressman Bean hosted a behind-the-scenes tour of the Capitol following the meetings, then the group participated in after-hour networking and more friendly competition at the indoor miniature golf course! #NAPAontheHill
