We had an inspiring evening at Tewksbury Lodge for an award ceremony in honor of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, proudly sponsored by the WNY Employment Consortium. The night was made even more special by our incredible host, Mary Alice Demler, WGRZ Channel 2 News Anchor, who shared her personal connection to our mission of inclusivity and opportunity. Colgate and Eckloff Bakery were honored for their unwavering commitment to inclusive employment practices and their support of individuals in our Pre-Vocational and Transition Services programs. Their dedication to creating opportunities and fostering a supportive environment for these individuals highlights the importance of community and meaningful employment. We’re so grateful to everyone who makes this mission possible. Let’s keep working together to build more inclusive workplaces! #NDEAM
