Association for Career and Technical Education, representing career and technical educators, industry representatives and business leaders. #CareerTechEd What is ACTE’s core purpose? To provide leadership in developing an educated, prepared, adaptable and competitive workforce. Who does ACTE represent? The strength of ACTE is reflected in its diverse membership composed of nearly 30,000 career and technical educators, administrators, researchers, guidance counselors and others involved in planning and conducting career and technical education programs at the secondary, post-secondary and adult levels. What does ACTE do? ACTE is committed to enhancing the job performance and satisfaction of its members; to increasing public awareness and appreciation for career and technical programs; and to assuring growth in local, state and federal funding for these programs by communicating and working with legislators and government leaders.

Applications are open for ACTE’s Leadership Programs! ACTE’s premier leadership programs provide CTE professionals opportunities to enhance their leadership potential in three yearlong programs. ACTE National Leadership Fellowship — Fellows will receive a $1,500 stipend and complimentary registration to ACTE’s CareerTech VISION and National Policy Seminar. NextLevel Postsecondary CTE Fellowship — This nationally recognized program is now a registration-based initiative. Registration fees for accepted applicants will be $3,000 (not including lodging or travel for in-person events). IAED Mentorship Program, sponsored by IMAGO — Participants will receive complimentary registration to ACTE’s CareerTech VISION and free access to IMAGO’s intelligence learning platform content.
