Last week, I had the privilege of attending the Association of Independent Schools in New England’s DEI Conference in Framingham, MA with our Associate Head of School, Gretchen Petersen. It was an impactful two days organized by Sara Wilson and her incredible team. They thoughtfully highlighted the importance of elevating marginalized voices and prioritizing a culture of belonging for all students. The conference gave us valuable insights and practical strategies to strengthen our commitment to equity and inclusion within our community.
