Yesterday our US Chapter hosted its one day seminar exploring how legal and commercial fundamentals apply in the highly dynamic 'new energies' space. Taking some of the most salient topics from AIEN's signature events such as the Short Course, Model Contracts Workshop and Dispute Resolution Conference, a diverse group of industry thought-leaders shared their knowledgeable insights on topics such as LNG project development, decommissioning, maintaining strong Anti-Bribery and Corruption practices, the role of H2 agreements, plus much more.
