Astera Credit Union is based in Lansing, Michigan. It serves over 15,000 members with four branches in Lansing, DeWitt, and Ionia. It supports nearly 150 employer groups by providing direct deposit and other financial tools for their employees. Astera was founded in 1949 by employees at Lansing's Fisher Body Plant to provide honest and affordable loans. Astera Credit Union was named one of the 2021 Best Credit Unions to Work For!
