Big thanks to our Golden team for jumping in to help out at Kitchen One for One (@koneforone) last week! When you're serving thousands of meals each week, there's a lot of prep work involved, and our volunteers were there to lend a hand. From chopping veggies to packing meals, they made sure everything was ready to go for those in need. 🍽

A huge shoutout to our amazing Laramie team for volunteering at last week's food drive with Laramie Interfaith! Our crew spent the day at two local grocery stores, gathering donations from the community and delivering the goods to help support Interfaith's Holiday Food Basket collection. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, 450 local families will receive meals this holiday season! 🍽

JP Morgan recently hosted a call with our President & CEO, Todd Amen, who shared key insights into the truckload and owner-operator markets. We highlighted a "lower for longer" trend that has continued through 2Q24, with owner-operators driving up to 16% more miles offsetting capacity reductions that have occurred. Our 3Q24 partner carrier survey indicated a slow recovery, with modest rate improvements expected in 2025. While smaller fleets have remained resilient, by better managing their costs and working harder, freight demand continues flat. The weak have been weeded out by this difficult market, it's a waiting game at this point, staying alive until the market improves.
