You will leverage your expertise in digital production and your fluency in Adobe Suite + Figma to bring our marketing initiatives to life. Collaborating with our marketing and design teams, you will create designs that not only adhere to brand standards but also resonate with our digital audience across device, display, web, and social platforms. Leverage design software for production tasks such as versioning ads into different vendor specs that may require some rearrangement and/or design-thinking to accommodate a wide variety of dimensions. Assist in adjusting designs for approval, as needed. This includes: changes to content hierarchy, text updates, photo selection, cropping, etc. Assist in the implementation of proper production processes, including communication of these processes to appropriate team members.  Agile ability to task switch on-the-fly between concurrent projects as priorities shift throughout the day or week.  Ensure communication regarding projects is conducted in a timely fashion via multiple channels. Utilize design libraries in Figma to place components into creative assets. Follow strict file naming conventions and file organization procedures. Reference Ad Spec guides provided by vendor partners. Meticulously prepare new logos for use. Maintain accurate time tracking for tasks. Audit files as necessary. SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, AND REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a digital production role. Knowledge of the following design programs: Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.  Excellent time management, time-tracking, and file organization skills. Proficient understanding of design principles. Technical aptitude with a meticulous attention to detail. Equally resourceful and inquisitive. Process-oriented, with the ability to provide input regarding possible areas of improvement as needed. Proven track record of working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Position Overview: The NOC IP Support Technician is a subject matter expert in complex telecommunications networks and T-Mobile processes. This role involves advanced remote network surveillance, troubleshooting network outages, and mentoring other technicians. The shift for this role is initially Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM for the first two weeks, after which a rotating shift schedule will be assigned. Note that the NOC operates 24/7, so night shifts are a possibility. Candidates must be eligible for conversion to full-time employment; sponsorship is not provided. Interviews will be conducted on-site in either Frisco, TX or Overland Park, KS. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine remote surveillance and tier 1 maintenance for all network nodes in assigned areas. Support and mentor other technicians and engineers. Perform fault isolation and troubleshooting for network and interface problems with transport vendors.
