Or the myriad Generative AI technologies that continue to expand the umbrella of AI far beyond its roots of the 1950s? Whether you know it or not, ML and AI have driven your experience as a patient, consumer, and user of technology for years before anyone heard the phrase “large language model” (LLM). Think about Netflix automatically serving up your next favorite show, or Google Photos allowing you to search for photos of rainbows. But today AI goes beyond surfacing insights and making predictions. And while capabilities continue to expand exponentially, we are still only scratching the surface of AI’s massive potential – especially in healthcare.
