I am far from a seasoned leader but will take the first stab at this: 😥 Thought #1 : "The Cash Flow Problem" "One of the hardest lessons I’ve learned is that managing cash flow can be a major hurdle for any fast-growing startup. Meeting high demand often requires significant upfront investments—especially in building a talented team—forcing us to cover salaries long before revenue starts to materialize. This challenge is even more intense in our industry, where we primarily serve government and higher education clients. Lengthy procurement cycles and delayed payments create additional strain, making it essential to strike a careful balance between growth and financial sustainability. At the same time, it requires the courage to take risks—whether that means pushing forward without immediate revenue or securing investment to cover costs upfront."
