Rhonda brings with her over 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, with the majority of her career spent at Marriott Hotels. She began her journey as a Front Desk Associate at a Courtyard, where she gained firsthand experience of what it means to be a Marriott employee. Originally from the beautiful island of Sri Lanka, Rhonda is passionate about all sports (except cricket on land) and was raised in a culture that values a strong work ethic and respect for elders- qualities that continue to inspire her today.
