HOW OFTEN SHOULD YOU ASSESS BANDWIDTH UTILIZATION? More internet-connected devices and tools on the network means higher demand for bandwidth. As Tom Collins, our Director of Enterprise Sales & Marketing, puts it, you should assess bandwidth utilization every 18 months to two years. Though, it is ideal to CONSTANTLY monitor your bandwidth usage. This prevents any performance disruption for your team. Ideally, the ISP serving your business should be actively monitoring your bandwidth usage to let you know when it may be time to scale up BEFORE you see any negative effects.
