Atlas Lithium is developing a world-class hard rock lithium resource in Brazil

About us

Atlas Lithium Corporation (Nasdaq: ATLX) is a U.S.-based mineral exploration and development company focused on lithium and other battery metals critical to powering the green energy revolution. We are primarily focused on advancing and developing our hard-rock lithium project located in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil, where some of our high-potential mineral rights are adjacent to or near large lithium deposits. We also have 100%-ownership of early-stage projects and properties in other minerals that are needed in the battery supply chain and high technology applications such as nickel and cobalt, rare earths, titanium, and graphite. Our goal is to become “the Mineral Resources Company for the Green Energy Revolution”. We believe that the shift from fossil fuels to battery power will yield long-term opportunities for us not only in lithium but also in such other minerals. *Minas Gerais Lithium Our largest endeavor consists of 52 mineral rights spread over 56,078 acres (227 km2) and predominantly located within the Brazilian Eastern Pegmatitic Province which has been surveyed by the Brazilian Geological Survey and is known for the presence of hard rock formations known as pegmatites which contain lithium-bearing minerals such as spodumene and petalite. *Apollo Resources We own approximately 44% of the common shares of Apollo Resources Corporation (“Apollo Resources”), a private company currently primarily focused on the development of its initial iron mine, expected to start operations and revenues in early 2023. *Jupiter Gold We also own approximately 24% of Jupiter Gold Corporation (“Jupiter Gold”), a company focused on the development of gold projects and of a quartzite mine, and whose common shares are quoted on the OTCQB under the symbol “JUPGF”. The quartzite mine is expected to start operations and revenues in early 2023.

  • $ATLX NEWS: Atlas Lithium Advances Its Salinas Project Atlas Lithium Corporation (NASDAQ: ATLX) ("Atlas Lithium" or "Company"), a leading lithium exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that it has discovered spodumene-rich pegmatites in its Salinas Project area located approximately 60 miles north of its flagship Neves Project, where the Company’s initial lithium concentrate production is planned to take place. Atlas Lithium’s Salinas Project spans 388 hectares (approximately 959 acres) and is situated just 5 miles east of Latin Resources' Colina Project, a significant lithium deposit. It is relevant to note that in August 2024, Pilbara Minerals Ltd., a major lithium producer, announced that it has entered into a binding agreement to acquire lithium exploration company Latin Resources Ltd. for consideration worth approximately US$370 million. The Company considers its Salinas Project a promising lithium-bearing area where spodumene-rich pegmatites (“SRPs”) have now been identified and mapped. Atlas Lithium’s technical team has also completed soil geochemistry and LIDAR geological mapping with favorable results, and is now pursuing further geological and geophysical studies prior to initiation of a drilling campaign. Given the attractive observed data and current market dynamics, the Salinas Project area has emerged as a prime candidate for Atlas Lithium's future growth plans. The Company’s highest priority remains to bring its Neves Project to production. As previously reported, the Neves Project is in the final stage of operational licensing for both its processing plant and one of its lithium deposits. Atlas Lithium believes that it is strategically positioned to capitalize on its exposure to two significant yet distinct spodumene areas in Brazil’s Lithium Valley. In the southern region, the Company's Neves Project offers access to high-quality, large-crystal spodumene suitable for open-pit mining and processing into lithium concentrate, a key ingredient in the global supply chain for electric vehicle (EV) batteries. This site is poised to become the source of Atlas Lithium's initial production and revenue generation. In the northern part of Lithium Valley, as announced today, Atlas Lithium plans to actively participate in the development of the lithium district surrounding the Salinas municipality, a process further catalyzed by the recently announced Pilbara acquisition. https://lnkd.in/dsna4Zfe $ATLX #Lithium #EV #GreenEnergy

  • $ATLX NEWS: Atlas Lithium Progresses Towards Key Permitting Atlas Lithium Corporation (NASDAQ: ATLX) ("Atlas Lithium" or "Company"), a leading lithium exploration and development company, is pleased to announce that the technical management group of the state of Minas Gerais Environmental Foundation, the governmental agency regulating operational licensing within the state of Minas Gerais (the “Agency”), issued a 161-page technical report which recommends approval of Atlas Lithium’s permit application for its Neves Project. This is a critical step for the Company’s ability to receive the permit to assemble and operate its lithium processing plant and to process the mined ore at the facility.   Atlas Lithium filed its operational permit application on September 1, 2023. Since then, the Company’s Neves Project has been inspected by the Agency’s technical team, an essential step in the permitting process. During the last twelve months, Atlas Lithium received multiple sets of technical questions from the Agency’s staff which the Company addressed timely, leading up to the issuance of the Agency’s comprehensive report with the favorable recommendation for the approval of the Company’s permit application.   Marc Fogassa, CEO of the Company, commented, "This milestone announcement is one of the most significant developments in Atlas Lithium’s history. We extend our gratitude to the numerous experts from the environmental agency of the state of Minas Gerais who thoroughly analyzed our project and concluded with their recommendation for approval of our permit. We are continuing our steady progress towards becoming a producer."   In other news, preparations continue as planned for the shipment of the Company's lithium processing plant to Brazil. The plant’s components, manufactured in South Africa, will be assembled in Brazil to process ore from the Company's Neves Project and produce lithium concentrate, a crucial commercial product in the global lithium supply chain and essential for EV battery production.   “The Atlas Lithium processing plant represents an advancement over traditional designs as it is compact and modular. We are making continued progress in finalizing all necessary pre-shipment steps”, said James Schloffer, a lithium processing expert and member of the Company’s Operations Committee.   The Company’s compact, modular plant design is expected to streamline transportation, installation, and commissioning. Compared to other processing facilities in the lithium industry today, this dense media separation plant will have reduced height, weight, and overall physical footprint. These features will contribute to an environmentally sustainable design that minimizes water usage by maximizing water recycling. Furthermore, Atlas Lithium’s project will employ dry stacking of tailings without the use of dams. https://lnkd.in/dn5S3Uet $ATLX #Lithium #EV #GreenEnergy
