We have opportunities available in the Bronx and Brooklyn. Applicants MUST have an LMSW with at least (4) years of supervisory experience overseeing a case management team. Individual, family, and group counseling experience is required, particularly with HIV/AIDS-affected populations and mental health and substance abuse individuals who were formerly homeless.
