☕️ Atomo Coffee partnered with Bluestone Lane to distribute its beanless coffee across all Bluestone Lane locations in the US The Seattle-based company's beanless coffee is made from upcycled ingredients like date pits, chicory root, and grape skins. It’s said to use 94% less water and produce 93% fewer carbon emissions compared to traditional coffee production. Health benefits of Atomo’s coffee include a high antioxidant level and reduced acidity. The company has also increased its production capacity by opening a new upcycling facility in California, which processes ~10,000 pounds of date pits daily. Atomo is expanding further with a new 33,547 ft2 production plant and ingredient roastery in Seattle. This plant is expected to produce ~4 million pounds of its products annually.
