A to Z Search Group is working with a well established consumer products manufacturer in the Williamsport PA area looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. This is a day shift position where the person will manage 30+ people for a large plant and make sure the equipment is running smoothly. Need someone with at least an Associates degree with strong leadership and industrial maintenance experience either out of consumer products or high speed manufacturing. Looking for a hands on leader that knows how to coach, train, and develop people. CMMS experience and good troubleshooting skills are required. This is a senior level engineering role where the person will lead both improvement projects and capital projects as well as teach Operators how to use lean manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques to solve problems. Need someone with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with leadership skills and process engineering, project management, and continuous improvement experience out of consumer products or high speed manufacturing.
