Esophageal cooling has been transformative in our approach to atrial fibrillation ablation. Faster cases and better lesion placement come with enhanced safety. It accomplishes much of the goals of PFA in the here and now with readily available technology. Cudos to Erik Kulstad on developing this technology for the Eap lab!
