The 2024 edition of Crawford Gives will take place over ninety-six hours from Saturday, August 24 through midnight on Tuesday, August 27. This special fundraising event allows donors the opportunity to support nonprofit organizations, like Auberle’s Independent Living in Crawford County, that are helping meet the needs of our community. Auberle’s Independent Living (IL) in Crawford County is located in Meadville, PA and is tailored to meet the needs of young people in different communities within the region we serve. Auberle’s IL provides a wide range of services to young people on their path towards becoming self-sufficient, including: a drop-in center, help to obtain a driver’s license and/or state ID, employment assistance, education tools, help finding housing, and more.  Why donate through Crawford Gives? Auberle often collaborates with other organizations to change lives. We recently hosted a group of seminarians from the Roman Catholic Diocese Of Pittsburgh. The group participated in out therapeutic challenge ropes course which is aimed to provide individuals with the tools necessary to challenge themselves to grow by overcoming perceived limitations.

Auberle values collaboration. We are proud to work with Partner4Work Pittsburgh to provide young people with opportunities to explore their career potential through the Learn & Earn program. Auberle's staff works hard, so we wanted to show our appreciation! After a very busy year of serving nearly 5,000 individuals and families, this week, Auberle employees from all programs and departments gathered at our McKeesport campus for an All-Staff Picnic. The day was filled with food, fellowship and fun! Thank you to our planning committee for putting the event together and to our incredible staff for their unwavering hard work and dedication 👏 #StaffAppreciation
