This is why we do it and why Audio Radar matters. Dear Tim, I have left a review but also wanted to reach out to you directly to say thank you for creating such an amazing product. I was born deaf in one ear, and although I get by in daily life without too many issues, I have always struggled when it comes to team sports (in real life) or gaming as although I can hear things, I have no way of telling where sound comes from. Even as a child, I tried to play football. I could hear people calling my name but was never able to tell where their voice was coming from, and ultimately I had to stop playing as I couldn’t coordinate within the team and instead had to settle for helping the team in other ways off the field. This has been the same for gaming as well. I have loved gaming since I was a teenager and play a wide range of games from flight sims, simulation and management, RTS and many others. I have wanted to be able to play games like arma and other realistic FPS but have always been frustrated as I can never tell where shots or voices are coming from. Since having the Audio Radar for the first time in my life I have been able to start enjoying FPS games and as you rightly advertise, I have been able to “see the sound”. This has been a big moment for me as I have never been able to enjoy anything like this either in real life or when gaming. I’ve got lots of catching up to do now and have already downloaded Arma3, Grey Zone Warfare and Ready or Not just to name a few. I’m not sure what your motivation was for forming this company, but from the bottom of my heart I would like to thank you and your team for doing such an amazing job and bring some much enjoyment to my life. We made PUBG accessible to millions of Deaf and Hard of Hearing gamers with Audio Radar. Look at these results: Our recent study in PUBG’s Sound Lab has unveiled some exciting insights into how Audio Radar can transform the gaming experience for everyone, especially deaf and hard-of-hearing gamers. The Test: We explored four setups: No Sound: Gaming without any sound - scores averaged 38.8 Headset Only (Astro A40): A full-hearing setup - scores averaged 127.7 No Sound + Audio Radar: Simulating a deaf gamer using Audio Radar - scores averaged 142.6, a 11.7% improvement over headset alone. Headset + Audio Radar: The ultimate setup, combining hearing with visual cues - scores soared to 187.7, a remarkable 47.0% increase in performance!
