I have an opening on my team for our first full-time product manager. Position is Chicago-based, but WFH. (Open to US-remote folks who check all the boxes, aren't Chicago-based, but make up for that with strong child welfare experience.) Having done the "first PM at startup" gig several times myself, I think this is a really interesting opening where you can: - work on fun stuff: we have some ML-heavy and UI-intensive features in our roadmap that will entail lots of fun research and testing - help shape team/process: we are trying to retool and scale up our product/design/engineering craft as our team grows, and you can play a key role in leading and shaping that - do some good: help social workers and clinicians in HHS - learn a ton about AI/ML: we're developing some really cool ML capabilities and you'd be working closely with our ML researchers to help inform and shape that research If you know anyone who might be interested, point them my way!
