Doom & Gloom Media is trying again to turn good data into a negative story. Follow the data not the headlines.

New data is out & once again the media narrative seems to be spinning a negative story where none exists. "Bailing on the Lone Star State?" The truth is quite the opposite! 📊 Latest State-to-State Migration Census Data: -Inbound Domestic Migration: Texas 2nd (611K), only behind Florida (637K) -Change from 2023: 56K fewer in, 15K fewer out -Net Domestic Migration: +133K, still above pre-2020 trends Despite the naysayers spinning doom & gloom, people are still moving here at an accelerated rate. 🥊Texas & California Comparison: -Net Domestic Migration: TX +133K, CA -268K -CA➡️TX: 94K -TX➡️CA: 39K But it's not just people moving here, it's international businesses as well. 🌎 FT-Nikkei's new ranking of top US cities for foreign companies: -Austin ranks 7th (⬆️7 from 14th last year) -Top 3 Metrics: Aftercare (state & local support), Talent, & Investment -Texas Dominates: 5 cities in top 10 & 7 in the top 20 Texas continues to be a magnet for people, capital, & innovation. Follow the data, not the headlines. What's Next?
