  • This week, MassHealth announced a policy update that will require accreditation for center-based ABA providers by 2027 and accreditation for all other ABA providers by 2028. The move is designed to promote increased quality of ABA services across Massachusetts. When pursuing accreditation, remember that not all accreditation bodies are created equally. ACQ is a non-profit entity committed to transparency and avoiding financial conflicts of interest. This isn't a business for us—it’s a calling to improve quality. We encourage providers to consider ACQ when complying with the new requirements. Learn more about ACQ at autismcommission.org.
