    Last week, the FDA released Diversity Action Plan (DAP) guidance to drive more diverse participation in clinical research. We are proud to share how we are contributing to a more inclusive and representative approach to clinical research: 🌐 Database Diversity: Our database is composed of 48% non-white participants (based on all who have reported race), ensuring a rich diversity of perspectives and experiences. Unless there are diversity requirements in a specific study, race and ethnicity questions are optional. 📊 Data-Driven Strategies: We can support trial sponsors with site selection and provide recommendations on best-fit sites based on diversity requirements. 📸 Inclusive Imagery: Our advertisements predominantly feature diverse images, reflecting the populations we aim to serve and engage. ✍️ Expert Language Support: We assist our clients in crafting the appropriate language for their DAP, ensuring clarity and compliance with FDA guidelines.
