Ioannis Zempekakis, Data Science and AI Director, Prosus Group
Known to the Automation Summit community for his passionate stage delivery, Ioannis is also passionate about leveraging AI to solve complex problems. He leads the development of the first Gen-AI team member. In 2021, Ioannis, in collaboration with Serena Westra, published the paper "AI-by-Design”. They combine AI/ML with Design Thinking to create a 6-step approach for human-centric AI Innovation. He has a rich academic background with over 12 years of experience in data science and holds degrees from AuTh, Essex, and Tilburg University.
