Our team had insightful conversations at the Avature booth, sharing how our platform is helping organizations optimize their talent strategies. Some of the key highlights were: 📌 In a session with Coca-Cola Hellenic, Milan Baosic, Head of Talent Acquisition, shared how the organization has leveraged Avature to streamline recruitment across 29 countries for a wide range of roles. Their success highlights how a customizable platform like Avature can help manage diverse hiring needs while supporting a global talent strategy. 📌 Avature's EMEA VP James Harrison delivered a session that provided valuable insights for maximizing workforce efficiency and aligning talent with evolving business demands, from skills-based recruitment to AI-powered succession planning.     After four days, three dedicated tracks and countless opportunities to learn and build new connections, #AvatureUpfront US came to a close yesterday in Scottsdale, Arizona ✨ ♟️ The final Strategic HR in Action track sessions featured insights from Deloitte's Kati King and Marsha Bacalis and Avature's Gonzalo Bello Camilletti, MSc, who shared how Avature has become central to their digital transformation journey and how our partnership has set a new standard. Lastly, Grace Taylor from Intercare Therapy let us in on the organization's impressive journey to scalability and maximizing the applications they receive with Avature ATS. 💬 To illustrate the art of the possible with Avature, Jeff Sonntag from Epic and Megan DeVille from Laitram showcased how the platform's configurability can enable innovative and creative solutions for different business cases. They explored real examples, inviting attendees to think outside the box when tackling their challenges using Avature. 👑 Avature's CEO, Dimitri Boylan, and Product Marketing Manager, Nicolas Bader, closed the agenda by providing a deep dive into Avature's product strategy. Attendees left the presentation inspired and eager to start leveraging the transformative enhancements that will hit our platform in the coming months. 🧑🏽🎓 In a hands-on masterclass led by Christian Fernandez, Mariana Bruni and Micaela Ruiz and supported by Matias di Tada, Jose Canciani and Diego Ruiz Álvarez, attendees strengthened their knowledge of some of Avature's most advanced tools. Collaboration was the main takeaway from this dynamic activity, as participants participated in round-table discussions on using our features to the fullest. Thank you to the presenters, partners, attendees and Avature team for making this year's conference a true success!     It’s time to relive the highlights from the third day of #AvatureUpfront US 🌵 💬 Our inaugural panel session was a huge success! Thanks to Erica Rutherford from Bain & Company, Mark Stelzner from IA HR, Steven Kurtz, PMP, PHR from EY, Gina Drew from Xerox and Prashanth Sridharan from Avature, we had a unique opportunity to explore diverse perspectives on how to balance immediate trend responsiveness with long-term strategic goals. ♟️Today’s Strategic HR in Action sessions covered a variety of topics our customers were eager to explore, including championing digital transformation in recruiting and talent management and optimizing strategies through data. Presenters Mia Griswold and Shaun Landers from RGP, Chris King and Erica Abrams from Booz Allen Hamilton and Chris Cisler, Jeff Sonntag and Maria Szychlinski from Epic, shared tactics and lessons learned from their own experiences. Also part of the track, Avature’s Corinna Birnzain and Pamela Vannucci demonstrated the benefits of consolidating the experiences of all recruiting stakeholders in one platform. 🔧 The Power User Track saw Jacobs’ Sheena Werling-Barthold and Avature’s Hernan Alvarez showcase tips and tricks for crafting tailored candidate experiences through segmentation. Later, Robert Wilson, PHR from Forvis Mazars and Federico Busajm from Avature explored best practices for maximizing workflow automation for compliance, offer management and scalability. ⚙️ In the Technical Track, Diego Ruiz Álvarez and Matias di Tada led a session on using AI-driven widgets for building efficient portals, later on Matías joined Jose Canciani to highlight how Avature's solutions streamline data integration. Closing the track for the day, Carina Lacour and Rabih Zbib unveiled transformative enhancements to our platform’s AI architecture that will enable powerful new capabilities in our chatbot, skills framework and generative AI functionalities.   We closed the day with a live System Admin Meet-Up, followed by an animated soirée with a beautiful Arizona sunset as the perfect backdrop. Looking forward to more insights on our final day tomorrow!

    #AvatureUpfront 2024 - Day 2 ✨From sunrise to sunset, we had a packed agenda filled with exclusive insights, learnings and new connections. 🌅 We kicked off with a morning run followed by breakfast before Dimitri Boylan, Avature's Founder and CEO, took to the stage for his opening remarks. He offered a refreshing analysis of how to deliver sustainable competitive advantage with AI. ♟️ Our customers stole the show during the Strategic HR in Action track, presenting on a broad range of topics, from high-volume to executive hiring, onboarding to internal mobility. A huge thank you to our stellar speakers: Neha Sharma from Unifi, Peter Dube from Kimberly-Clark, Julie Fink, SHRM-SCP, CDP, Kristy Geed and John Goodison from the University of Phoenix. Mark Stelzner from IA HR offered a fresh perspective on onboarding. 🚀Avature’s Carina Lacour, Nicolas Bader and Pamela Vannucci revealed the 2025 Roadmap, sharing exciting new features and updates on the horizon. 🔧 In the Power User track, Gina Drew from Xerox and Brandy Tower from Avature explored salary transparency, Grace Taylor from Intercare Therapy and Pablo Nicolás Naso discussed high-volume hiring automation. Lucila Cacciola from Avature joined Reannon Gonzalez from NVA to highlight the impact stakeholder surveys have had in ensuring their TA team is ahead of the curve. 🎉 After an engaging trivia challenge that put our Avature knowledge to the test, we ended the day with a wonderful evening of dining and connection at the Mowry & Cotton Restaurant.
