Yesterday, we had a productive and insightful HR Leaders Breakfast in Amsterdam—proof that a good breakfast is the best way to fuel a great conversation!! ⚡️ We explored the evolving landscape of skills management, focusing on boosting organizational agility and talent effectiveness. A standout moment was KLM’s presentation on their skills journey, highlighting the critical role of aligning workforce planning with HR departments and how skills analytics are the driving force behind successful talent management strategies. A special thanks to Yvette Haring, Chartered FCIPD and Stefan ten Haaf for sharing their story.
