Meet Jordan! Jordan is the Manager of our Admin Support Team and has been at Awardco for almost 4 years. "One of the most exciting programs I’ve gotten to be a part of is for one logistics client who wanted to set up a program that would let anyone in the company nominate anyone else for any amount of points. Obviously this needed quite a few guidelines and safeguards before it could go live, but the program resulted in recognitions for departments and entire regions for amazing work with different initiatives and historic success stories. We shifted the platform from focusing on individual successes to a focus on recognizing the good and great at every scale!" A few fun facts about Jordan... ⭐ Bucket List item "Among life’s many joys, travel has always been near to my heart. I would really love to visit every continent at least once, and the more countries the better. Every culture and people has such beauty and history, that to leave it unappreciated seems a true tragedy." ⭐ If you could have lunch with one historical figure, who would it be? "I would love to grab lunch with Einstein so I could see the genius at work. So many brilliant theories and witticisms came out of that man, that I’d love to hear them personally. It just seems like an enlightening and enjoyable time!"

Awardco is going global 🌍 Our international office expansion has been a bit of a poorly kept secret, but that's only because we can't contain the news! Today we officially announce the opening of the Awardco London Office 🇬🇧. We are thrilled to have Judd Tolman leading the charge for us in London -- reach out for job opportunities! So what does this mean? A few thoughts... First, this is a continuation of the service and operational commitments we've made for global enterprises across 140+ countries. Next, it's another momentum-generating signal of the growth we are achieving. The platform of choice in the rewards and recognition industry has emerged. Awardco is moving on up 📈 This week we moved our teams to a brand new custom-built third floor in our building. The feeling of momentum is tangible. It's a reflection of work we're doing across the company in 2024, some of which includes: 📊 Record new business & pipe gen (including biggest Q2 ever) 🛣️ 30+ events across 3 continents ⛰️ Our first ever Customer Summit in Park City, UT 🤝 Significant additions in GTM leadership 🚀 2 (so far) massive product launches (A-Pay, External Recognition) 🆚 Rapidly rising win rates in deals vs. competitors 👥 50 new product/engineering hires (yes, you read that right) It's most encouraging to see the hustle, the care and the overall grit still turning up. The sales floor is buzzing, the gong is ringing, we're getting on planes to be with customers, we're war-rooming the biggest deals in company history and overall, we're not satisfied. In fact, the feeling is full speed on the offensive to deliver the very best engagement, recognition and business results for companies across the globe.
