    🌳Continuing Our Commitment to Sustainability!🌳   In Q3, Axiom Global Technologies proudly continued our pledge to plant 15 trees for every candidate we place through our partnership with One Tree Planted. This quarter, we focused our efforts in India, planting a diverse range of fruit trees such as apricot, mango, banana, guava, and many more. These trees will not only enrich the environment but also provide long-term food and income to local farmers.   From quick-growing moringa and papaya, which will bear fruit within just 8-10 months, to trees like pear and peach that will provide a steady source of food for years to come, our efforts are aimed at creating sustainable growth.   Each tree is estimated to contribute at least $10 USD in food and nutrition annually.     🚨What’s the Bradford Factor?🚨    It’s an HR metric that measures the impact of employee absenteeism—especially short, frequent absences, which can disrupt a team more than longer, infrequent ones.    The formula: B = S² x D    B = Bradford Score  S = Number of absences  D = Total days absent    Example: If someone is absent 5 times over 10 days, their score = 5² x 10 = 250.  A high Bradford score means higher disruption.
