  • Did You Know that AZACS has a Teacher Training Academy? It's true! We LOVE developing our staff and providing opportunities to fulfill their career goals! AZACS' Teacher Academy held a seminar based on our P.A.C.K. Principles: Positive Impact, Accountability, Character, and Kindness. Here's what some of our Teacher Academy participants had to say. "Positive Impact means having a positive outlook and energy in my classroom. I do daily check-ins with my students called "One Positive Thing," the students share one positive thing going on in their life that happened recently or something they are looking forward to." - Calvin Paciulli "Teachers are critical in helping kids develop their morals and character. By modeling accountability, integrity, and kindness, teachers may foster a classroom culture of responsibility and empathy, ultimately equipping pupils to contribute constructively to society." - Akiva Rubinstein
