She shared how after closing on her first property, she didn’t just celebrate with her family or friends. Instead, Erin went to Nicaragua to build homes for single mothers living in a trash dump. Here’s what stood out: 💯 She had already built 12 homes for these mothers and after her first property, she built the 13th. 💯 Within 10 minutes, she raised $55,000 on the spot, just by sharing her story. 💯 Erin is now partnered with Maurice Filagin and Kim Wendland, and together they’ve taken down 31 apartment buildings, providing safe housing for over 2,000 families.
