After starting at Baird & Warner in 2009, Carrie Sebold took a leap in 2017, joining another brokerage to follow a promising opportunity and expand her skills. After 6 and half years of personal and professional growth, she has made the heartfelt decision to return to where it all started. “It’s so good to be home,” says Carrie “I came back to Baird & Warner because I felt my values more aligned with those of Baird & Warner. It’s also my family — I missed seeing the people and I missed the goodness of the culture.” Her connection to Baird & Warner started at her very first licensing classes, which she took with the late Cathie Tardy. Reflecting on those early days, Carrie is grateful for the encouraging, inventive environment fostered by Cathie. “Much of my success is attributed to those early lessons from Cathie,” she says. “I’m drawn to Baird & Warner’s values and what the company stands for,” Carrie shares, highlighting the stability of leadership and the company’s continued success as key reasons for her return. “I met Carrie and her husband several years ago on one of our company trips to Cancun,” says Naperville Managing Broker Bill Gill. “Carrie is a hardworking, super smart person and broker. I am thrilled that she has joined our office and appreciate the help of Renee Soeder and Gus Harshbarger in facilitating her return!” We’re excited to welcome Carrie back and proud that her story reflects the supportive, collaborative culture we aim to foster. Welcome home, Carrie!
