We’re deeply saddened to announce the passing of Donald Prigge, long-time managing broker of our Far Northwest office. Known for his passion for guiding others, Don was not only an exceptional real estate mentor but also a cherished friend to many. His love for being around people was evident in every interaction, and his wonderful sense of humor and wisdom will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. All are welcome to attend Don’s final “Open House” on Sunday, October 20th from 12-4 at Emmetts in West Dundee.

Through our partnership with Habitat for Humanity Chicago, we’re committed to help the ongoing, urgent need for affordable housing throughout Chicagoland. Part of that commitment is through our companywide volunteer days to help build homes with Habitat’s Affordable Homeownership Program. Last week, 60+ Baird & Warner volunteers took part in build days at three different build sites across Chicagoland — Greater Grand Crossing, Waukegan, IL and Elwood, IL. Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers for helping us make our 2024 build days a huge success!
